I just purchased this 23" Grand Touring today from the original owner. It's been sitting in a garage, untouched, for the last ~30 years. He said that he replaced the saddle and thought the wheels and *rims* might have been replaced, but otherwise the parts are stock. That seems to be the case, except for the pedals which are Atom 440s.

The owner told me that he bought it in either 1975 or 1976 in Guthrie, Oklahoma. I think that it's a 1977 model based on the serial number (3773258) and the cable clips that match those shown in the 1977 catalogs, which lines up with the 1976 purchase year. I wasn't sure which 3-digit code to look at to determine the production year.
