Throw this out, see what sticks...

So I can save FITS files generated by my Wahoo KickR trainer then import them into Strava for graphic analysis.

Sitting here this morning, when it's -6°F outside and a potential for maybe 3" of snow incoming later today, I'm messing about with dreaming up routes I'm saving in Strava for some of the roads I've ridden around here before, but in different combinations and longer stretches of time and mileage. Not quite a Walter Mitty level of involvement, just a fantasy plan nonetheless.

Seems these 'maps' can be exported to 'compatible devices'.

Would one of those maybe include my Wahoo trainer's controller app so I can 'ride' a new challenge route 'virtually' in my basement later this afternoon?

Or should I just stick with feeding my trainer a route off Rouvy so I have something to look at while I'm sweating bullets (& coughing up crud left from the bronchitis I'm trying HARD to leave behind me this year...) noting that Rouvy now permits account holders to import their real-world exploits for later use in a similar manner? (I'm so glad I can post questions like this to folks who know more than I do here.)

All replies encouraged!
