A few shots from today's 20 mile ride, when it was just above 0 °F, before accounting for wind. I decided if I was going to live in Wisconsin, I was going to embrace it.
I rode the first 15 miles un-powered, which was a real challenge on this 80 lb. bike. Much of that was with the tires set to 5 psi. That'll keep ya warm! I recall my average pace was around 7.5 mph.

Dressed for the cold. Thick fleece under riding jacket, fleece balaclava, and ski helmet & goggles replace cycling ones.

I will admit the fenders loaded with snow and added some extra challenge.

Plowed but not salted is OK with studded tires.
Plowed but not salted road is OK with studded tires. The tires cleared quickly, once off the trails.
