I want to see how it will be enforced. How big is this new sticker you need to stick on your bike going to be? Will it be able to be seen from a passing cruiser? To make it even harder to see there is nothing in the bill that states where it needs to be on the bike. How about this situation, you are riding along and a cop pulls you over for not displaying a sticker, only to find out you are not from NH, what now? Like the new New Jersey bill neither says anything about how it affects non residents. Will it be like cars, as long as you meet your states regulations you are ok?

I really like that it is cheaper to register your car.
