Bikes: Lemond Zurich/Trek ALR/Giant TCX/Stumpy 15

My max HR has always been relatively low - right now at age 53 - 164-166 max.

Z2 70% @ 116 BPM. Power wise/FTP based - this is mid Z1.

My Z2 based off power/talk test/rpe = 125-135BPM. Just above the Karvonen method by about 10 bpm.
