We're willing to dork up our rides with gigantic lights, racks and bags — even fenders. Now that I'm a grown-up bike rider, I get it. (The 12-year-old BMX rat in me still doesn't understand that I sought out special chrome-looking fenders — and paid $40 for them!) But how come I never see a picture of a kickstand?
