Shamefully this old Army vet says no. I stopped doing them when I had a crash in 2018 that tore up my one AC Joint. Once it healed it always grinned and popped in there when I tried. Now I'm about a year out from a rotator cuff repair and seriously thinking about trying to get doing them again. They used to be so easy for me and I miss that. I'm only 60 so I see no reason I can't get back at them if the joint holds up.
