I bought a pair of new condition Shimano MR700 shoes with cleats.
I tried, briefly, to snap the cleats into the pedals and the cleats wouldn’t seat.
I will reduce the tension of the pedals. Do I need to be careful to not back the tension off too far? I don’t want them to fall apart.
