Oh, sorry, what I meant by SPD compatible is, I have one pair of shoes, and I don't want to replace the cleat every time I switch from mountain to road, the cleat on my shoes right now is for a ritchey SPD pedal, will they work with the nashbar pedal? The cleat looks exactly the same in the pictures, and actually, the weight is exactly the same, according to nashbar. I think it's just a nashbar copy of the cleat I have.
