The cyclist said the teen should check his dash cam. IMO, If he did indeed have a dash cam, the cop should've checked that footage and possibly cited the teen too.
What are your thoughts on this?

The cyclist (Gary Peacock) was charged with disorderly conduct a misdemeanor crime. The driver (Pierce Kempton) was given a traffic infraction ticket for driving within 3 feet of the cyclist. This was later dropped in court due to the dash-cam video providing evidence that the driver was in fact NOT driving within 3 feet of the cyclist. Full 27 min video is on our youtube page now!
