yes it's got some details sort of similar to this Viner road frameset built with conventional Columbus Brain tubing and a unicrown fork, but this CX frame has multi-shaped frame tubes, most joints are TiG-welded OR fillet brazed.

Then there's the canti brake bosses and most likely CX geometry, plus that Alu-alloy fork that looks like it MIGHT have come from Vitus, but not one of theirs I recognize.

In short it's probably an oddball CX from Viner with unknown tubing and alloy fork, there's probably somebody who'd like to own this one (especially if the price is "right") but certainly as said NOT a bike to take on a long tour
