The kid got a concussion, cracked skull, brain bleed, and broken femur because his dad was trying to be a buddy instead of a parent. The 12 year old didn’t have the judgment or skill, which is where parents are supposed to come in.

Good on CA for prosecuting this idiot. I hope the word gets out and saves lives as well as preventing more draconian laws that hurt us.
