I recommend creating separate lots that include a little bit of everything. Forget the cases, which only gum up the process.
For instance, nobody wants fifteen shifters or twelve brake shoes. Split those into individual groups to give three or four people similar items.
Pieces that wear - cones, pads, pulleys - will become the most desirable. I recently sold a NIB pair of toe straps identical to yours for about $100 on eBay.
