from these pix I'd say a very good possibility it's Italian-made, the easiest things to check are pull out the seatpost and find the size stamped on it (27.2 , 27.0 or 26.8?) also look up the open bottom of the fork crown and shine a strong light into that hole: are there signs of spiral ridges in the bottom 1" or so of that steerer?

BUT the most distinctive thing is that seat cluster: I have never seen seat stay caps that look exactly like these!
