Milk Run
the 33rd prototype makes a daily milk run.
We used clear epoxy resin and powdered pigmentation.
This is the “Flip Bars” bike which previously had a Coroplast fairing that had been made in 2019.
Coroplast can’t make a real fairing though, only through a cardboard box to serve as a template , serving as a guide to determine the correct measurements.
The headlight is a new U-7 variant without the strobe.
the tail lights are always on, it has a 10” wide red, & two strobe lights. The 9” farm triangle was added for good measure.
five-LED white marker lights are at the corners of the panniers, it’s a one piece pannier/Tailbox slightly larger than a milk crate, made of Honeycomb Polypropylene 5mm.
Additionally the bike has been outfitted with a stereo and two speakers. The speakers up front , the volume knob in the right rear pannier, because I’d spill my coffee on it up front.
