I've never, ever, never been a good runner. Even as a kid. Probably something I'm doing wrong with my stride that bounces me too much and makes my insides hurt after a while.
It's a large part of why I ride a bike for cardiovascular exercise.
Like the sprinter, I'm hoping to be around and active in my 80's, 90's and beyond. But all my previous generation family members, maternal and paternal checked out in their mid-70's. Though their parents lived well into their 90's.
