What was the weight of all the stuff in the saddle & handlebar bag? Not that it matters at all, I'm just interested.

P.S. - I am fairly certain it was Bodega Bay, not Tamales Bay, that was the setting for Hitchcock's "The Birds". It's a film I like and have done some online research about it. I even visited Bodega Bay once, a long time ago.
Actually, I think it is the town of Bodega, which is an entirely different town located a bit inland from Bodega Bay. Edit: Just looked it up. The Birds was filed in several area towns, including Bodega, Bodega Bay and Valley Ford. It sounds like Bodega was the primary location, but Bodega Bay and Valley had important scenes as well.
