If your goal is visibility, dedicated bike lights have a wider beam than a compact flashlight mounted on your handlebars. Off axis and side view conspicuity will be better with the bike specific light. Not sure if you have any Garmin mounts but the Raveman FR### series is one example. I use the FR300.
Now use a Knog Cobber rear, which leads me to their front version. It can be mounted directly to handle bar.
Cobber Reflex Front it has a wide 330° beam at 350 lumens, and many flash options. It is USB-C rechargeable.
