There was a place in England that had the OEM key blanks and could cut replacement keys based on the cylinder number on the lock. I had some keys from them, and they worked fine, but I'm not sure if that service is still available. There were apparently two different lock cylinder types used on the Superbe fork locks, "NGN" and another type whose designation I don't recall (it should be stamped on the lock cylinder). I suspect that a locksmith could probably determine the proper key and cut one for you if you brought the fork and lock to them.
