That's exactly what I did. I have 11 bikes, and I have my favorite saddle on 8 of them. Back in 2006, I found out they'd gone out of production, so I found the last store that had any and bought 3 of their remaining 5 saddles (the others were in colors that would look weird on the bikes I had). Nowadays, I have a Saved Search on Ebay for them.
