She even seems to stillbe wearing the OEM Vittoria Zefir tires. Yes, it does appear to have the original Zefir tires that are listed in the catalog. I really think this is just a time capsule of a bike; used for a year or two and then put into storage. Kinda doubt if it was resprayed as components also seems fairly good condition and the aforementioned oem tires. The seatstay caps and BB shell are totally smooth, though, definitely not pantographed. Kinda weird. The drive-side crank also lacks the Campagnolo logo, but doesn't look to have wore off from rubbing.
