PR from what I remember from living in Río Piedras for a few months is that it is hot and humid, but SG is relentless, another level, as you can see from
the actual data. In Bali, at least we have a cooler, drier season, and you can go up to at least 3,000masl in elevation, whereas the highest point in SG is under 200masl.
