It was a great bike for smooth roads and good for climbing. I rode the thing for 5 years but I was only 48 or so when I got it. I think the roads around here are worse now and the Seven actually feels similar to that CAAD5. Not as stiff and a shorter top tube while having a 2cm taller seat tube (virtual). Of course, I now use 28s at lower pressures. It would be interesting to take it for a ride now.
