Took about a day+ for all the symptoms to subside. Had a follow-up with a cardiologist -- all clear. No, 75mg tablet. Gave me a heart flutter thing which was quite uncomfortable at times. Stopped and waited a few days before trying the Ibuprofen again and it also made me feel heart symptoms after a couple days. So now it's just ice again.
