I've got an older Bianchi that I am trying to learn something about. The serial number is stamped into the lug at the top of the seat tube - 2F 602. There is a decal on the seat tube the says "Made in Italy". There is nothing that tells me the model of the bike or the frame tubing used. Please help if you can tell me the year it was made, the model, possibly the tubing type, and maybe how much you think this bike is worth? Thanks for the help! A few pics are below.

I am not sure there are enough images of components here (assuming they are original) to help nail this down, but from what I can see, I think you are looking at something like an early 80s Nuovo Racing. Kind of like this one:
Based on the B with the circle on the seat stay, the Block B on the fork crown and the over-the-bottom bracket cable routing, I think early 80s.
It looks like a Nuovo Record RD and Ofmega headset/crankset, which would correct for Nuovo Racing (and it did come in Celeste for the year in the photo).
Nuovo racing is a mid-level, Italian-made Bianchi road bike. I wouldn't pay more than $200 for one in good shape right now, but state of the classic bike market (and bike market in general) is not working in your favor here. I have one that has been repainted in "Dusty Rose" with a bunch of Suntour parts on it (that I got for $50):
You can see the same "B inside circle" on the seat stay and "Block B" on the fork crown below.
