It’s all academic now it seems because the listing is down, and I’d have bought it first myself to investigate later if it was anywhere close, but with the apparently limited clearance under crown and brake bridge, and the brake pads high in the slots, it might well be a 700c frame with 27” wheels squeezed in. Almost certainly repainted after braze on were added.
