It also looks like they tried the old "I'll remove this super rusty chain and nobody will notice how beat this bike is" trick.
To me that just looks like a piece of garbage--like an old food wrapper or something--that got wrapped around the crank and frame. You'd think someone would have taken a second to pull it off before taking the picture, but maybe they just didn't want to touch it.
I would totally be interested in that old Colnago if it were in my part of the world.
