As a cyclist in my 70's with an enlarged prostate and under the care of a urologist, I have to pee frequently and when its time there is no time to waste. Almost always I am able to conceal myself. But in the event, I am caught by overzealous law enforcement, and cited or even arrested, I would ask for a jury trial. Would a jury convict given these circumstances?
