I always figured at the end of the month, but I never really paid much attention. I just keep using them 'til they decline, then think to myself "Self, I guess it's time we activated that card that came in the mail a couple weeks ago.
I think I only have one thing on it set to auto-pay, and that's not until mid-month, so I'll know by then.
