Help me identify

Hi everyone,I’m looking for some help identifying the specific model and year of this vintage Bianchi I recently acquired.
It’s a beautiful metallic blue, and I’ve tried to capture as many details as possible in the photos. I'm situated in Norway and do believe this bike was sold new here.Key details I’ve noted:
Frame: "Made in Italy" decal on the seat tube. It features the Piaggio logo on the head tube, which dates it to the late 70s or early 80s.Drivetrain: It is equipped with Simplex front and rear derailleurs.Crankset: Bianchi-branded alloy cranks.Brakes: Dia-Compe center-pull calipers.Cockpit: Modolo Italy brake levers, an ITM Special stem, and Bianchi-branded bar end plugs.Features: It has full fenders and a small front rack, suggesting a sport-touring geometry rather than a strict racing frame. The Serial Number Mystery:I have searched the usual spots (under the bottom bracket, on the seat lug, and the dropouts), but I cannot find a serial number anywhere on the frame. This is making it quite difficult to pin down the exact production year.Does anyone recognize this specific component mix or paint scheme? Any insights into the model name or potential year would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
