It was my first Paramount and I was such a novice at the time that I based the frame size that I needed off of the 25" Traveler that a Schwinn dealer sold me in 1980. Both were a bad fit.
Tx, I figured as much and am in no position to do anything about it if you hadn't but probably would have tried.

Have a dozen Paramount's including a 59 but no 60's so......
