That's why I love this forum! Excellent instructions, right down to knowing that I tried and failed with the screwdriver to pry out the cover. Thin blade + twisting worked like a charm.

I've taken grip shifts apart many times - I always think I'm losing my mind when I can't remember how. And then someone with actual knowledge explains how they are not all the same
