Windy day here. I think it was messing with Sheila's head on our walk this morning. Maybe she was smelling dogs a block or two behind us, because every time we were walking downwind, she kept looking over her shoulder. It's so windy I decided to ride ITG.

When I started riding, I was tired - more sleepy than weary. But I saw that one of the Climb Portals available was Old La Honda, so I decided I'd do that, because I could always just noodle up it in the lowest gear or bag it altogether. I ended up beating my previous best time on Faux La Honda by a minute! AND getting a 10W increase in FTP.



I'm apparently quite a bit more fit than I thought I was!
