Regarding the OP, I see no substantiation to referring to his reckless, lawbreaking action as being named after someone famous, other than making it up out of thin air. That's kinda slanderous, if you ask me, public figure or not.
Hyperbole maybe, but you have a too-specific definition of "road rage", it appears. I don't see where the clip indicates that a vehicle was involved. Cyclists were both present on the "road" and both apparently angry.
