It's our club's race today, the Barrio Logan Grand Prix. Best course in Socal. Hilly with 8 corners. Heading down now to help setup the canopies at corner 1 for the racing team and sweep some Jacaranda off the ground (also at corner 1).
I'll ride in later for the 35/45 race at 2:10 PM. Two premier Master's teams (Titan and Methods to Winning) will have some hitters in the race so we will have our work cut out for us. Hopefully I can stay near the front and be in good circumstances when the inevitable winning move (from a breakaway) goes on the course.
good luck. Bringing home a win would be worthy of a celebratory dinner with a good bottle of wine.
