Just check the frame carefully. If the frame is good, and the price is right, you can always get a matching set of wheels. When I was a kid, my friend and I would build out BMX bikes with whatever wheels we could find. My absolute best BMX bike was a very heavy-framed Puch with God-knows-what kind of wheels.
