I too wish ACA, BikePacking.com, etc. would push for every public camping ground to have a "no-turn-away" policy and/or at least 1 hiker/biker site. It is not like we are trying to berth the Queen Mary. Just some level 10x10 spot would suffice, preferably relatively near the restrooms.
