That's fantastic range. On the 50T cog, RD looks great. Middle of the range where I'd spend most of my time and the RD cage vertical... ground clearance is OK with those fat tires. Might be sketchy with the 1.5" (just using up old stock from bikes) and 1.75" I usually run, hoping to eventually use 2.0", I think will clear the frames, but I have lots of smaller factory rubber to use up from other bikes, the bikes have fine shelf life but the tires don't, so might as well use them on my primary bike. They'll all need lower gearing, will probably go 1X if they have 8-speed (and larger) freehubs.

The OP's build will be interesting, as the frame photo online shows an unusually tall seat tube and fork steer tube that each clamp around shorter posts, instead of typical long telescoping seatpost and folding handlepost. So not sure how compact those fold. EDIT: Ahh, things are Bike Friday style, seat tube folds forward, handlepost comes out. Also notice unslotted dropouts, if thru-axles, unusual in that it has no disc brake caliper fittings, maybe it does, as I see no v-brake posts:
