The only one I have had is my Seven with Chorus 10 speed. I really like the fit and feel of the levers. The rest of it is ok. I have put about 70K miles on it. Broke the front derailleur once, shift lever return springs one time each, had BB bearings get crunchy, freehub body bearings once. Cracked a Fulcrum crank that I had bought new when I took the Chorus standard off to get the compact. Found a used Chorus compact after that.
The wheels with the Record hubs have only been on it for part of the time. Came (used) with some sharp looking Cole wheels and when the freehub broke I bought a set of Ksyrium something wheel which had failures of the spoke nipples pulling through the rims. After three rear rim replacements I switched to Open Pro rims with Record hubs. Rear rims last about 10K miles with these.
