It reminds me of my TSD Triomphe Guerciotti from 1984. If they spec'd like mine you could get an SL frame with Super Record, Victory or Triomphe. The other spec for wheels, etc looks identical to what was offered on my bike. I also have 27.2 seatpost and the TSD guy on my brake bridge. Only one bottle cage and no front derailleur braze on. It has a Columbus sticker, but the tubing is not specified, which I guess was standard back then.
Some beautiful bikes for sure. I like that they include guys in the shop finishing the frames. The logo on the down tube with the rainbow reminds me of the "reading rainbow".
