If anybody (including this particular driver) intentionly inflicts bodily harm on another (as he did in the advert) his is completely responsible and should face the consequences. So if somebody does something to annoy me, I have the right to crack them across the face? That is basically the way I interpret your post.
I'm not saying that cyclists should be leaning up against cars at all. Nothing justifes intentionally hurting another individual. period.
All I am saying is that you are getting awfully upset about a TV commercial. It is not a drivers instructional video. I am sorry that you resent what I said. You are the one that seems to be ranting over something that is not even real.
How about we call Lt. Sipowitz from NYPD Blue to go arrest the guy? Then we can get a ruling from Perry Mason on who broke the law, the TV cyclist or the TV driver.
