How about we call Lt. Sipowitz from NYPD Blue to go arrest the guy? Then we can get a ruling from Perry Mason on who broke the law, the TV cyclist or the TV driver.
Its not this one commercial. I see on a regular basis commercials (frequently automotive) that either depict cyclists as fringe, rude, or bad cyclists. This one is the worst so far, it would not be so far fetched for somebody who sees this commercial to actually do what is depcited.
