I am going to start a new bike rebuild

With the highest regard for ViperZ and 55/Rad I am going to bring my 1989 Klein Quantum back to life. As with every build I have done so far I will document this with photographs and narrative that tries to show the good and bad of the rebuild. I do not expect this to be a short project as I am in no rush to get it done. I have three other bikes I am learning to ride. Since this was the first bike I really fell in love with I am not really interested in trying to bring it into the 21st century. I was always happy with the Dura-Ace 7-speed downtube click shifters and it will remain set up that way. I have the bike mostly stripped of parts, which I plan to brighten up and replace on the bike. There will be some new additions but nothing major, except the fork. The bike will have a retro feel and retro parts, but it will lve in a new color. I will post some pics of the bike as it sits now before the weekend is over.
