at high speed, my pedals have never popped off my feet, but at low speed when im trying to manuver and stuff, it is much easier for me to just click out when i need to, to aviod the falling with my biek stuck to me and the painfulness.
besides, multi dir. cleats and pedals also clip back in easier, and i noticed that with my eggs, its so easy to clip in so i can clip and unclip in a few seconds, and manage to save myself from falling and potentially hurting my self pretty bad.
