saris is junk stay away, yakima hookup should be in the $350 range, and the Thule T-2 (formerly sportworks) should be about $360. thule gives you a locking option using their standard lock cores that you would buy for any other rack. Thule no longer makes the mod series instead opting just for the T-2, if you are looking for a mod though i think my shop has a few left at around $140 for a 1 bike carrier and a 1.25" receiver

Yakima used to make a fork mount version but they had problems with the bars twisting and the whole rack was not very stable. Thule and Saris do not make fork mount hitch carriers
