I agree, anyone can express any opinion at all, regardless of knowledge of the subject, or how biased, counterproductive, or baseless the opinion may be. If the posted opinion is meant to be persuasive for other than emotional reasons, or not considered just an emotional rant, the opinion holder should be willing to defend or substantiate the reasons for the "opinion."
