I don't think it's stereotyping to say that most of these fast sidewalk cyclists
are kids. I'm sorry to say that i don't know what kinds of programs thay have in the schools, or if more would help.
I don't want to ban sidewalk cycling, but I would like to see it restricted from the shopping district i live in. Since, like most shopping streets it's only a few blocks long, cyclists could walk their bikes (if they can't ride in the street) with little inconvenience.
