As usual, the term "reckless" is casually applied to someone/anyone else who does not meet the poster's criterion of "proper" cycling. I don't have any problem now with "reckless" sidewalk cyclists, and never have. Where there actually is a problem (presumably "recognized" by more than a few cycling advocates with an agenda to find fault with all other "untrained" cyclists) local representatives can take approriate enforcement action for reckless behavior.
I think you're such a kneejerk flamer that you would take the opposite point of view on any question. There is no other possible explanation for this inane post.
