rode in this AM on a gorgeous day, just a sweater over a T-shirt weather. pushed the pace a bit on the way in but was tired from a hard, fast 55m road ride on Sunday so the legs felt a little rubbery.

On the way back I had a little bit of a sea breeze for a while and got overconfident thinking I could pound hard all the way home and then hit a very light headwind coming round into Brighton and almost bonked with fatigue. Might be better to just chill out a bit and use the commute for the slow cumulative miles. A little less impressive but better than having to take a nap on a park bench so I can make it back home.
