Bikes: Specialized Tarmac Expert, Cannondale R700, Specialized Langster, Iron Horse Hollowpoint Team, Schwinn Homegrown

I ride my FS, I ride my hardtail. I'm just as fast on either. It's not a question of fun, it's just two "styles" of accomplishing the same thing.
